Compatible with older styles 3.00.207.036.00, 3.00.210.002.00. Works with BetaDrive and DeltaDrive Okin Lift Chair Motors. Battery Back up:

9 volt batteries (batteries not included). *****Not included is the 2 prong (one flat prong, one round prong) cable that goes from the transformer to the moto. and the power cord that goes from the transformer to the wall outlet. Both are available for purchase.
